Alpkit rig 7 tarp is the cheapest sil-nylon tarp I could find when I looked, and it's very high quality, perfect for hammock camping etc. I love mine. Fantastic shit for the price.
Hammock-wise... I use a cheapo hammock my sister brought me when she was in Laos. Does the job well, and is light enough. I've tried a couple lightweight ones (one net one, one cammo material with lots of strings at either end) from soldier of fortune but they both are uncomfortable as fuck.
