I'm in a National Forest, working 2 jobs in town for now. Leave some gear in tent while at work sunup to sundown. Overstaying my 2week

Dude rolls in makes a mess next site over. Leaves for a week. Comes back, same shit. I politely ask he not leave a mess as it will attract animals and rangers. Leaves fires burning, etc..

How do I get rid of this guy, with minimal confrontation AND without the help of authority?

I have moved a few times already, dude always ends up finding me and basically has nothing better to do I guess. He is more mobile than me since he sleeps in his car and fly's signs in town

I think I'm not used to resolving shit out here without "law". I can't shit at his spot, he will just move. I can't shoot him (you idiot). My car can't make it to most spots so I'm sorta limited. I really don't want to piss him off and come "home" after working a 12 hour day to all my shit either missing or vandalized

I'm from England but maybe try and get a bear or some other dangerous wild animal to kill him. Scatter food outside his tent at night etc or steal a baby bear and tie it up by his tent etc...

Pretend to be sound asleep but actually have a small tunnel dug underneath your tent that leads to a discreet location. Go to Goodwill and get a surplus Halloween costume, find some green glowsticks, break them all over you so you glow green in the dark. Then sneak out of your tent at night and haunt his ass like
"OHEEWWWWWOOOOOOHOWWE" "GEEET OUTTTTT", be sure to to rustle leaves and rattle chains, make sure he sees you so get a civil war sword and slash a hole in the side of your tent, then run away and disappear back through the tunnel, but not before the icing on the cake; throwing the dead cat you killed with the civil war sword in the suburbs earlier into his tent.
This is granted to work, I've personally used this same method to scare pesky brats and park rangers away from the treasure I found while exploring a cave.
