I wanted to start dispersed camping (or primitive camping, whatever it's called) and I was looking for some advice on what to bring, what to expect. I'll be going to allegheny nat forest in PA

You sound confused. Dispersed camping refers to wilderness camping which means you camp wherever you want within a wilderness zone. Your picture for example is not dispersed camping; that is a fancy campsite with perfectly level ground and a nice bench and other bullshit amenities only normies need.
