Tick populations exploding all over the north east, and with it, associated diseases (thx climate change)

Anyway I usually wear long pants and long sleeved shirts and treat both (plus my socks and hat) with premethrin

So far I've been lucky and not gotten tick'd but I know that won't stay the case long

you will never get tick'd as long as you keep using permethrin on all your clothes. a tick would have to jump onto your neck and then bite you where it landed, which will probably never happen.

I found ticks on me and my kid when we went hiking in New York State. We just picked them off before they dug in . Ive also gotten them in the south and Colorado. Creepy little fucks. Just do like above anons say and always check yourself. Friends of mine have gotten Lyme disease and it’s no joke.
