Some more in tbe basement, a serrated opinel nr10, a puma cadet etc,
And yes, from all of this I would take my Mora classic 2 and my opinel 8. I know them by muscles memory and they are my most used, and that's why I like them the best
I like all my other knives and regularly use them, but if I could only have 1 fixed and one folder, ... well

Not shilling, but if you love the taste of gamey meat, see if you can find "Hoover Sauce." Its made in Louise, MS, so you know it somebodys grandmothers recipe. Its kinda salty and tangy at the same time. Hard to describe, but great with fried duck breast.
