If you are planning to fly it in urban areas or forests, you are going to have a bad time - the Mavic Mini is so cheap because they cheaped out on sensors.
The higher end models like the Mavic Air or Mavic 2 have a shitload of sensors to avoid crashing into things. On the Mavic 2 they literally cover the drone 360 degrees and you can only crash it if you are a dumb fuck and use it in sport mode.
The app that you have to use for flying is quite picky - you have to have a quite new smartphone, older ones simply arent compatible
Also, since it is only 250 grams, you have to be aware of wind. Anything higher than 14m/s and you are going to have a really bad time.
