I'd focus on staple to start with. Potatoes, cabbage, raddishes, carrots, just to name a few. After that get some leafy greens.

I bought a pack of 16000 seeds off of amazon. Kinda curious to see if any of them sprout since it was so cheap. Just planted sunchokes to see if they really grow like weeds and taste good.

I planted carrots, cucumbers, pumpkins, radishes, salads, green beans and zuchinis. I don't even know if I've got enough room to let everything grow, lol.

Potatoes suck at growing from seed, save yourself the trouble and grow from tubers our cut the eyes out and plant them, you get alot more viable plants that way.

I've got four large cherry tomato plants and spinach on a rotation indoors, just started Yukon Gold potatoes and sweet corn in containers outside, brewing cider, growing oyster mushrooms, and breeding meat rabbits. I wish I had more room, living in an apartment sucks.

Like the previous response, there’s a good chance your neighbors will let you grow stuff if you split it with them, especially if it’s something like corn or potatoes that have a distinct harvest time. It would be more difficult with tomatoes etc because they might just walk outside and eat them all lol! But if you’re just growing them to eat and not sell then there should be more than enough either way.
