If you wanted to survive in the wilderness but had to carry any equipment you need on your person every day and without foreknowledge what would you take and what would be most important?

What I mean is no backpacks full of stuff, just stuff you can carry every day in the pockets of your jacket.

The sort of situation I'm talking about would be if your car breaks down 200 miles from the nearest human where there is no cellphone signal and you just have what's in your pockets.
