I'm moving /out/ on a more permanent basis. I've been using my bailout money to buy plans and supplies for building a shantyboat. I've made a canoe and a pontoon boat before, so a flat-bottom boat shouldn't be too much of a stretch. There's a river near me, hundreds of miles are boat navigable and it connects to several large lakes and several communities. I have no living immediate family, no pets, and my income's secured. I'm just sick of it all, /out/.

Anyone do extended boat trips, or live on a houseboat already? If so, any advice?
