I'm confused by what people call roast beef. I went to Arbies and it was heated lunchmeat on a bun like OP. The other roast beef is sliced beef in a gravy sauce that's then put on a bun. Are commercial places just bad at making it or is it two distinct things?

Just use French bread itll hold up if you don't put it under anything. Way more delicious durable and astestic, just wrap it in parchment paper, an inch of masking tape, and boom. Plus one foot long = at least 3 white bread

my buddy worked at an arby's and they were doing construction on another part of the store, so there were all these drywall bits flying into the food and shit. He tried to stop it but the manager wouldn't let him stop service or the workers so he tried setting up a plastic wall sort of to prevent the drywall flying everywhere. Ended up quitting soon after, not entirely because of this incident.
Anyways, moral of the story is don't eat at Arby's.
