This just looks like a contest to assemble the smallest and shittiest survival kit possible. Thing is, it's hardly usable.
I have a large kit myself, but it as a full length knife, a space blanket, tinder kept in a waterproof box, a Bic lighter, enough cord to tie a large fishing net... all of that available at reach of my hand and organized in a small pouch.
I can't use it as a keyring, but I can use it as a survival kit. You've got to choose.
