Pros:
Comfy as fuck
3L water bladder compartment (if you're into sucking hose)

Cons:
Sways a bit if you don't stuff something in the bladder area (usually where I keep a tarp or the sort)
PALS ("larpsoft", throws red flags if you're anywhere other than innawoods)
Price

It's a shooter's 3-day pack. The gap between the two pockets over the main compartment forms a rifle-rest. If you're looking to do some shooting/hunting it can be handy if you don't have a bipod, but you can fit an AR-10 with a 21" barrel and an atlas attached in the thing. If you're not looking to carry an arm it's still not a bad compartment if you've long tentpoles or whatever.
Been a few years since I looked at their offerings but I think they made a similar pack, slimmed down, sans-PALS and some pockets, and in the usual flavors of bubbapat (mossy oak or whatever) for hunters which trades off some of that "grassy knoll" for some "chewin tobacky."
