Roughly (doesn't matter really) equal parts oats, raisins, nuts (hazelnuts the cheapest, pecans the best), powdered full fat milk. Optionnal:sugar. Roughly 500-600 kcal per 100g, you can take it higher by going heavy on the powdered milk and nuts.
Just make a batch, in a ziplock. Lightweight, durable. Cold, heat, doesn't give a fuck) it'll last month in a bag. I once went on a 6 day with only this. (500g per day) supplementing with foraging and fishing , waliking 25 kms everyday, and I was fine
Just maybe try it out at home before, some people shit their brains out with oats+full fat milk
