Was watching a Helsinkipop video (pic related) and he mentions something like how "it's strange you don't see many nonwhites doing outdoors stuff even though they outnumber us in this world". Which made me wonder, why is this? I mean just checking out youtube, the vast majority of the bushcraft types tend to be of the European variety. When others (asians etc) do outdoor stuff I feel like it's more car camping or "glamping" type of stuff. I mean even watching videos of black dude whitetail hunting in the US you will always see comments like "rare to see a fellow black man out in nature" and stuff like that. Anyone have any insights?
