For safety, I'm not really going into the hood, but looking at bridges leaving the city thinking that a crime is committed, they want to drive away from the city, so i hang out at two of the major bridges in the area
If you are curious, there is a lot of europeans on yt, or I recommend aquachigger for the US. he does a lot of river magnet fishing
my other suggestion is to look up your laws. im not so concerned about my town, cause I just say im cleaning up the river/lake. but a lot of historic sites do have stricter rules on looting/collecting or against using metal detectors(ive seen some places put magnet fishing under this because no one has laws specifically on magnet fishing)
the holy grail in the community seems to be guns, but like i said, i haven't found one yet
