And I can say fuck-all to cowboy boots.
My heels are fucked up now, amazing amounts of pain when I wear 'High Heels'. Same for loggers as I used to do wildland firefighter for many years. Cowboy for most of my years.
I prefer a flat type of shoe for any walking/out/ now (ala chucks or flat sole skateboarding type shoe).
I saw my old dad basically near crippled by 50 wearing nothing but cowboy boots all his life. Saw a lot of old cowboy just crippled.
It has to do with Achilles tendon shortening or atrophy. They can't bear their weight on feet without having a raised heel and even then they are fucked.
Don't do it lads. Or at least switch every while.
