What's your /out/ food and cooking setup like? Backpackers and ultra-lighters welcome.
I truck camp, fish, and go on day hikes. My setup consists of a steel over the fire grill, a cast iron griddle, a frying pan, and a stainless steel kettle. You can cook most foods with this setup. I eat some of the fish I catch and bring along some spices, veggies, pancake mix, coffee grinds, and a small cooler with butter, milk, eggs, bacon, and beer. Utensils are just a spatula, tongs, and a spoon. It's pretty comfy.
