Big bro was waiting outside the garage for little guy. It’s strange, like the tiny kitten maybe got lost from it’s mom and followed this other cat, but that kitten has probably only been around the other young cat for a day or two.

If you don't have anything dangerous in the room (places it could get stuck or crushed) or things for it to knock over, you can let it roam.

If it pees somewhere that's not the litter box, sponge up the pee and wipe it around the litter box. Then trap the cat in there for a minute until it calms down. It should remember the smell and go back there next time it has to use the bathroom. Make sure to clean the original spot thoroughly.

My cat passed away Friday. I remember taking her out of her cage and putting her on my chest. She started purring and she was so young I was worried for a second that she was having a respiratory issue; nope, just comfy. I'd fed her kibble through the bars at first to get her comfortable with me. She was 12 years old.

Anyways, I'm glad you found each other.

It’s not that bad. The shots and vaccines are cheap, plus I’m gonna ask the cat lady neighbor with the rescue foundation and she gets the shots and spay-neuter stuff done for free or super cheap.

I need to fuckin trap the 2 6 month old cats and get them fixed. The grey and white one the kitten was with must be the older brother or sister. And one of the crazy cat ladies was asking me like a week ago if I have seen the pregnant mom, but I think she must be having the babies somewhere a few houses over, and then they show up here for free food.

He's doing really good, no fleas after I picked them all out the first day, has never had an accident since I first showed him his litter box. In another week or two he's supposed to be old enough to get some of his shots. He's fucking doubled in size though and now is always either asleep or sprinting all over my house, he learned he can climb on anything he wants. Surprisingly good at not scratching, biting, or destroying furniture so far, but that might change. I took this yesterday.

6-7 months is definitely not too old to domesticate, take it from a guy whos cats have always been local strays, the newest one was about 1 and a half years when she came to me. cats and dogs develop strong bonds in their early weeks/months, and you should definitely take its brother(s) in aswell.

The older one is too old and fast, I don’t think you could domesticate that one. Plus the big bro/sis has a twin and those two are always together. Pic related is those two a few months back, the kitten was following the one with the white on it.

Also I have a cat and dog. I have been letting kitty explore the whole house a bit this week, he was in the bedroom before. But I keep the big cat away because I’m afraid he will be an asshole, my dog is small and chill and kitty was super afraid of him but he’s slowly getting less stressed with doggo around.
