Make sure to assign group two to a task they can't screw up (I had them re-mulch a trail) or watch them closely.
Plan everything out as closely as you can. It may seem like a ton of busywork but you want to know EXACTLY what you're going to do, how many people need to do it, and what you'll need for it. The paperwork is a pain in the ass but you should answer each question with as much detail as possible.
Don't stress on the day. Stay focused but realize that your workforce is a group of friends and kids that look up to you, they volunteer to help so you should be nice in return.
