Cabelas occasionally has good sales, but in general they're a ripoff. Their used gun prices have actually caused my to laugh out loud. I showed a clerk where I could buy the same gun for substantially less and he said "well you still have to pay the transfer and shipping" it was still cheaper to order it, it was also a c&r gun so I didn't need to pay a transfer (c&r ffl master race). The only good deal I've ever gotten (on a gun) there was an old 870 with beat to shit wood. It sat there for six months with a $300 price tag, one day I came in and it was marked on sale for $200, still high but it had an 18" beaded barrel on it. I've scored some awesome shit in the bargain cave though, only good part of the store.
