I thought I would do the nice thing and share how my life has improved since 5 months of hiking around forests/hills on the weekend. This is not clickbait, its actually really surprising.
+ I always had a tummy, even light steroids, intermittent fasting, SARMs, GYMs$$$ never got me into shape to lose it permanently. Now I'm actually losing it. All because of using a walking stick walking incline/decline, working out my whole body. I dont even care about my diet, If anything going in the forest has given me the urge to eat better things, not just bread stuff like pizza.
+ Learned to grow strawberries, tomatoes, small peppers, cucumbers on guerilla locations, FREE, no buying land or paying taxes
+ Got into heirloom seeds and eating real vegetables with fertile seeds, not like that GMO garbage where the seeds are infertile.
+ Discovered some mountain springs where you can fill up bottles and its real mountain water, now you never have to pay 2$ for bottled water "from the mountains(is it?)". You simply fill up while going hiking anyway. You can even use the mountain water to water your guerilla garden, instead of using hormone ridden city water.
+ Discovered a location that sells great farmer's cheese/milk from the mountains
+ Discovered a location that sells meat without onions (supposedly)
+ You can collect pinecones and make pinecone honey
+ Got an interest into looking at birds, plants, bugs and taking photos.
