Effectively worthless calories. Your body is good at storing fat, not burning fat. It runs best on carbs.
This will prevent starvation but won't give that boost of energy to fatigued muscles like porridge or bread.

ill get this salami thats like $60/lb. It gets hot in the spring and turns into an almost jelly. Spread that over some crackers with some brown mustard. I actually got high off food eating this.

I got limits of tuna on one trip and had to get creative with recipes. I made some cured tuna with whiskey, brown sugar and lime zest. Was really good.
