I guess my specific intro question, which alltrails hasn't cleared me up on is, is taking Bear Rocks Trail alone, out and back get you to a view or should I do Rocky Ridge trail instead? I'm looking for the shortest, easiest hike to the best views in the area.
Where is the view in the OP pic? That's I guess what I've been unclear about is whether that view is from scrambling around off trail places in Bear Rocks nature preserve or Bear Rocks trail takes you to that view when it gets to Raven Ridge?
