Ireland: not the best if you are looking for mountains, I mean, they have some, but not really tall, more like hills, but connemara is just stunning. little islands as well, a lot of gulfs and bays. really confy for wild camping as well, coz never too cold.
North Italy: Maybe I am a little partisan here, but Dolomites are just unrivaled. the most stunnig mountains you'll ever see. amazing alpine lakes.
Austria, Switzerland: on par with north italy, a little less variety.
Slovenia: Amazing woods, beautifull mountains.
Norway: truly special, fiords are just other-wordly
Poland (east): Simply the most underesteemated place in the continent. You got nice hills, beautiful countryside, lots of small rivers and creeks and amazing swamps, unbeatable if you are into birdwatching.
Spain and Portugal: They offer some beutiful bush landscapes, a little desert in spain, not my top tier places, but still very nice.
Englad: It seems interesting but I have not explored it yet.
France: honestly, I don't want to be partisan, but for me a lot of places looks like some place you can find in Italy, but more generic.
