>>1818922I feel your pain anon.
They pushed the urban boundaries up to our place and we're getting noise complaints regularly about us using chainsaws and mulchers.
Parents complain about our dam because they are worried kids will drown in it (fair I guess) and the rules changed so our dam is technically a "swimming pool" and needs a regulation fence.
It's made of mud, we're going to have to build a literal galvanized fence with a child lock around our dam with posts cemented into the dirt bank.
We get kids running in and constantly damaging plants, stealing fruit (that we forgive) and stealing tools.
Then we're warned by a friendly cop that if the kids injure themselves fooling with our tools/equipment/ swings etc we can get sued because our wire fence boundaries don't keep kids out.
We used to sell vegetables and herbs on our boundary but now people keep stealing our money jar/box/safe and I can't just beat them up because we've had a complaint that we're illegally selling vegetables.
Now we get people coming to our door begging for food because they think because we grow it we have more than anyone else who goes to the supermarket.
And there's always someone who just assumes we grow weed, we've even had some street dealer come offering to distribute for us and kinda threatening if we sell it ourselves. There's nothing to sell- why won't they fuck off.
If it wasn't for elderly hippies who buy out produce we would have been in the shit long ago
