-Doing it alone is retarded. Bring a small team you can rely on, each member having a separate cabin.
-You will need power. Get yourself some marine batteries and solar panels.
-More important than power will be food and water. Scope the area out and get that shit sorted out. You can afford no uncertainty.
-Ensure that you only bring quality tools that won't fail on you. Don't abuse said tools. Pic very related, most important thing will be a good knife. Next will be an axe and multiple means of making fire.
