I had every symptom of colon cancer, been battling with them for a couple of weeks, turns out I need to adjust diet. I've been doing live in care for an elderly fellow since Dec and his diet has influenced mine, I've gotta get more fiber of certain types or whatever, and a few avoidances, too much fried shit and shitty meats. I've been through a couple of weeks of misery, and had a bout with it a month or so ago, with maybe 2 weeks normal between the 2. Last few days shit a lot of blood, turns out hemorrhoids from straining. I've never been so terrified in my life and kept it to myself so as not to worry anyone and hoped it would pass, but the sheer amount of blood put the serious fear in me.
Be good to yourselves bros. I've nearly 50 and never had such an issue before.
