On the other hand, part of this is that "relaxed pace" and "heavy bag" are moving targets, and that in particular if it feels heavy when you put it on it's probably gonna wear you down. But 40lb felt a lot lighter to me when I could squat lmao3plaet!!1! than it did when I had never lifted a weight in my life.
