>>1824785nah the BC bushcraft guy, is it Joe Robinet? He was on season 1.
This is definitely the most /out/ show there is and pretty "real", there was 1 controversial scripting they did in season 2 because the man's reasoning to leave was completely different from what was shown, but other than that when you see how skinny these people get and how close to starvation they get it'll be pretty fucking hard to script that.
There's no reason to watch the show in order, but just as a heads up every woman on the show in every season says they want to be the first woman to win so you can use your piece together what that means about the winners in the 7 season.
Best seasons in order of excitement:
6 - coolest skillsets and imo the most interesting people
7 (but its the current season and only 5 episodes in out of 10)
2 - also a damn good amount of interesting skill sets and people but the winner is boring
1 - Interesting season, good cast, you can see they were still figuring the show out.
3 - Cool location, longest lasting season in terms of how many days people lasted out there
4 - Duos, meh
5 - Mongolia, nothing but starvation and constipation.
4 and 5 can almost be entirely skipped, 5 especially, 4 had some interesting parts since it was a Duo season where it was teams of 2 instead of single people.
