Anyone else who likes to pick up trash while out? Wish people wouldn't litter but it's satisfying to clean it up, even just a couple bottles.

I think the landfills will have plenty of info for future archeologist. They will mine for our plastic like we drill for oil. I make a point to not post any of my cleanups as to not be a prick like you. Glass I can understand but this pond spot had foam insulation scrap and plastic sheeting

I found some mad trash at a pretty remote site yesterday. Kind of upset me that someone bothered to hike up so much shit. Normally hikes longer than 5 miles deter assholes.

I'm going back up this weekend again and im going to bring a trash bag.

Hahha not at all, there were never trash cans there. They would never pay people to go remove trash cans that are already there. Imagine being this upset about not being able to trash your own community. I don't think picking up trash helps the environment much, just makes it look nicer and more enjoyable

I got a bag to carry with me when I scout for deer and turkey on public land. I've also been offered private access cleaning off farm fields and stuff.
I like to hunt in the big timber and thick brush, I don't want to be reminded of the city.

/fit/ fag here. My training routine before quarantine included a 20 minute run into some hills where I'd fill two heavy bags of trash and bring them back every other day. There was a massive amount of trash but after a few months there was a clear difference.
Also I got pretty buff. It was win win.

during lockdown it was bliss, no mcdonalds and whatnot open so there was no trash.

When I go fishing I bring my gardening gloves and a trash bag. My mates reckon I look retarded but I don't like fishing or camping surrounded by human filth. Hell. No, I do love littering though. It’s so satisfying to throw an empty beer can on the side if the trail. The best is when you are walking along a cliff. In those cases I like to crush my can and see how far out I can throw it.
