If you're talking about people born in civilized countries, no. The hunter gatherer lifestyle relies on the strength of the tribe and long lost generational knowledge for surviving in your particular environment. If you try to go innawoods alone using nothing but stone age tools and book knowledge you will be dead within 3 days.

Might still be episodes on YouTube - it tried to see if modern people could live a primitive lifestyle. They failed hard quite quickly if I remember and had to “reset” the game.
