Is it worth it? I have no land, should I rent or offer vegetables for land to farm on? Anyone currently doing this? Where do I sell too?

I'm a cheap cunt so I just propagate fig trees and sell em to the old hippy redneck down the road who has his own stall at the farmer's market.
