Any people here have experience owning and renting one of these out?
Been looking at something like this for a bit for temporary housing (am travel nurse) but don't wanna live in it full time when not on the road. On CL I am seeing people rent these things out for anywhere from $100 to $250 a night plus mileage. Wondering who else has gone down this route before.
My sister practically paid for her house running it as an Airbnb so I'm pretty curious about this. If I could have a paid for vehicle and all I gotta do is let a stranger rent it out a few nights a week that would be cool.
