>>1842506>below 70€>germanThat means you'll have to get a custom. The good massproduced german knives are all in the 150-250€ range (Hubertus, Eickhorn etc), while the cheaper "german" stuff like Böker is crap.
If it just needs to be available in germany though, get a mora (5-15€, depending on model) or an Opinel. The mora can take more abuse and is generally the best allrounder you can get for less than 100€ (and better than most more expensive knives too), while the opinel can be ground extremely sharp and is suitable for fine work. Those two are the only cheap knives I can recommend with good conscience.
Other cheap brands usually have either inferior materials (Sturm, Böker, Herbertz etc) or extremely inferior craftsmanship (coldsteel, where every single knife I bought so far had sharper edges on the grip than on the blade). If you have a benchgrinder and some time, you can mod coldsteel knives into something useable. But it's rarely worth it.
Also, stay away from the glock knives unless you really love batoning. They're impossible to destroy, but their angles are far to blunt for any fine work. They're weapons that are barely suitable for prying and cutting, and not at all for carving.
