>>1845974As someone who is a fatass, you just hike/walk more. Start small, bring a small backpack with some food and water in it, and just go. Every weekend, scrap out a time slot for you to go hiking. If your morbidly obese, start small. Go to local trails. Most of them are flat, well maintained and have relatively little hill to it.
From here it depends on your goals. If you want to go longer, walk these local trails a little faster, a little longer. Do em twice, or better yet, find one that goes pretty damn far. You don’t even have to track this shit, just go further than you did last time.
If you want to hike in more elevated conditions, find a local trail that has steeper inclines/Hard hills to pass. Get used to that shit. Focus on walking on those more. As you get better, walk em twice, or find higher hills etc.
Or if you want to get used to full trips, do that shit. Hit one trail a week. Then hit two in the same day. Three in a day, etc. Build it up. It’s not hard.
Most importantly just enjoy yourself you fat fuck. Don’t worry about any complicated shit. Just go outside and enjoy yourself.
