my advice would be to download all of the areas you are traveling to to offline maps on google maps on your phone because there's almost no reception outside larger towns and there's very few of those in wv
try to plot routes sequentially because it takes a loooong time to get anywhere in wv in the highlands because you have to go through/around mountains to get there so package all the stuff you want to do in one area for one area for one day
for truck camping you want to look up dispersed camping areas if you are ok with primitive setups, tho there are a lot of more full featured campgrounds in the area
also big bend campground is interesting its at the north end of smoke hole canyon (theres more further north but only accessible by foot with no trails, or by water)
