Hey /out/ need help deciding on when/where to fish!

I've been doing my best to wake up at 4 am each day to go fishing out on lakes. Here in Idaho I typically go to the Spring Valley Reservoir but I'm trying to find places to go around lewiston Idaho. Also please provide times on when I should river/lake fish.
