I am predicting a rural revival in the coming years.
With high urban costs of living, the tiny house movement there was already some niche interest but now With the virus™ compelling businesses to introduce remote working on mass, and with groids engaging in a low-roar race war in urban centres I think we've hit the tipping point for white flight entirely out of cities and even suburbs.
What are the odds of this? Are any of you going this route? What are the constraints? Will rural land be a good investment?
