I used to fit the following in mine

>tarp
>100m of cord
>socks
>raincoat
>assorted shit that was just stuffed in there, lip balm, sunscreen, baby powder, stuff like that)
they can fit heaps of shit in them, surprisingly

do post a pic, im curious. what advantages do you find from having stuff in the back? i assume it makes it easier to walk in the forest with nothing to snag on, and easier to crawl in caves and holes.

OCP is primarily meant to blend into arid environments. Should go with multicam tropic if you want jungle camp in that same pattern.

Smersh with PKM pouches has gorrilion cubic inches of space. A backpack still is superior in most usage scenarios but for day hiking a harness might work out better.

don't have a photo, and that particular pack is stored away in my roof and I dont want to climb around looking for it.
I basically stuff fucking everything in there, none of it is fragile so its fine, and when you sit down you can lean back and its kind of like a bean bag back rest.
