I am planning a road trip to pic relate area. I will spend 10 days driving around exploring the area in my truck first week of September.
I mainly like to drive up and down mountain roads, find good hiking trails, vistas to view, secluded areas to explore, going through small towns, something to climb, somewhere to swim, good food to eat, etc. I want to stay away from large crowds, or popular venues. I plan to visit OBX if times allows.
I sleep out of the truck, if I need a shower I'll sneak into a campsite that has some. Keep all my gear in the back, eat whatever I come across, or bring with
Last year I drove down to the Nantahla National Forest, and explored that whole area.
