Looking for a large piece of land, probably at least 1000 acres. Can anyone weigh in on the Ozarks, what it's like during the seasons and what the soil/forests are like in comparison to the Smoky mountains, if any significant difference at all?

I've reached my tolerance limit for leftist clown world. I'm looking to go full innawoods off-grid mode with a big piece of land, big house, and not wanting fuck all to do with anyone or anything and no neighbors for miles and miles. Going to wait until the housing crash happens in 2021 though. I'm 100% p&t also so I don't believe I'll have any property taxes to pay in either states, if anyone has any further insight on that it would be greatly appreciated.
