I am considering buying one of those really cheap vacant lot in rural nowhere that they are always selling on eBay. But I don't know if it is a good idea or not.
Pros:
>Always a place to camp
>Land to pass on to the little uns
>My own land!
Cons:
>Some liability legally.
>Insurance is needed
Does anyone have any experience with this? Particularly innawood or innadesert land?
