I'm a software engineer and game developer along with a clerk at a local retail store, so the most exposure I'd get to life without the outdoors would just be random crusty customers. When I hike and camp I get to use the nature around me in a mutualist relationship. Burn deadwood to promote growth, remove dead trees to give shelter and room for more living plants, etc. I tend to write fictional mythologies about the places I hike. It's very relaxing and helps me understand humanity's place in this reality of beautiful and peaceful biocentric universalism
