You make the claim that testosterone affects the "flavour" of the meat more than its diet, again without any citation or even anecdotal evidence. Do you want me to say that generally males are gamier, sure, but as I said in my first post feeding them out will go a long ways to fixing this whether the pig is a male or female. I wouldn't know anything about raising and eating animals though, haven't been doing it my whole life or anything.
