>>18943911. Commodities are very expensive here especially food. For example, i spent 40 bucks for 2 meals of crappy thai today. Buying raw ingredients is also pretty expensive. Just living is expensive really.
2. There are a surprising amount of wandering homeless people in the suburbs as of this year. Recently there have been a lot of thefts in my neighborhood, and that only really has started the last 2 years.
3. People are just cranky, and have no manners. Emotionally driven retards who are hypocritical. These idiots have normalized drugs so much that Colorado is having a pretty bad drug problem, and Mexican gang activity is rising.
4. Bureaucracy has increased 20 fold the past 20 years in almost everything here. Getting things done just 16 years ago was a much easier task. This is one of the reasons why things are pretty expensive here.
5. Now the worst of all is that outdoor activity is being more and more restricted. Places i grew up in all have rules and time and use restrictions now. I remember when i could go to Eldorado canyon before it "closed" and drink beers with my friends till 2 in the morning around a fire and just drive out. No swimming signs everywhere, no shooting, no motorcross, etc. Now you gotta drive 3x as far for the same kind of fun.
