Went camping by myself this past weekend in the local national forest. Was sleeping a few feet up in my hammock when at 3 am some fucking crackheads stumbled into my camp and started rummaging through my shit. I sat quietly pretending to be asleep and shifted my .38 i was sleeping with over into my hand. I could hear where they were and they didnt have a light so i rolled out of the hammock onto the ground and immediately fired a shot into the ground near them (didnt want to hurt anyone) and they started screaming and ran off. I packed up and gtfo as fast as i could. Never going back there

My question is when did society become so absolutely fucked that we have crackheads harassing campers deep in the woods? What the fuck is there no peace and quiet?
