Gee-gees in the Spanish Pyrenees near Andorra. There's an ancient tradition still practiced of taking horses/donkeys into the mountains and leaving them all summer to get fat. gorgeous animals; shame they're bred for meat.

This guy is from an overnight fishing trip a month or two ago. Right before the sun came up, him and his buddies were swooping in to steal our stuff.

I walk for hours with my camera and get as many pictures as possible. Bugs, cool plants, any animal but especially reptiles and amphibians.

This isn't the last critter, but it sure is the last picture I have on me. Several years ago. Moose Cow and Calf in Algonquin. Taken from an island we were camping on, about 500 yards away with a shitty 75-300 Canon IS USM.

Horny toads are protected where I live. I used to find them all the time growing up, all different sizes. Now, they are no where to be seen, supposedly due to pesticides destroying their food sources. Makes me sad. High-five that critter for me, and let him get back to his dinner.
