Depends on your fashion sense I guess.
NZ celebrates the outdoors, so I just wear my old alpine shell from ‘03.
They don’t make them like they used to... all the dark material is stretch goretex, light is ripstop goretex. Offset zip so it’s not on your chin. Use, abused, and still waterproof.
Made in NZ, cost a freakin fortune ha ha like $900 new 17yr ago. Totally worth it.
