i noticed something about scotland is they have a thing for outdoors activities and are actually very progressive.
when i was there a lot of the scottish hikers said a lot about having a lack of muslim and black african hikers and even black and Muslim people in small towns around their hiking trails. they are very tolerant and accepting i bet i could even have moved to scotland right then if i didnt have to go back to my family just before the lockdowns. just a thought. going to bothies makes a great trip for beginners at hiking and a great location for parties. just google bothy.
