>>1909198>>1909222>I can't smell itLook at that darkened and hardened place where you are laying. It's full of body fat, skin cells (and therefore mites) and sweat (which, when you don't air your linens also means mold). It's promoting skin problems and even acne, leads over time to a subtle but chronic mite shit allergy (yes they shit in your bed after feasting on dead skin) and you only can't smell it because you stink yourself (which you willl also be unable to smell).
Imagine growing up with a single mother and not even learning to wash your linens at least every 2-3 weeks in summer, if you sleep naked/ in shorts even each week. Throw your blanket over a chair to air each morning when you go to the bathroom and open the window fully to let the chair circulate. After 20 minutes you can make your bed, ideally folding your linen to make it fit in the feet space, so the middle of the mattress can air longer, as that's where your sweat mostly goes. Don't forgett to rotate and throw over you matress every couple months to prevent your body weight from forming moulds. Don't buy bed linen out of polyester or satin, linen or cotton only, to make it breathable and lets mite and mold encouraging.
And now go make your bed. If you don't even care for the place where you spend a third of your life in, you're worse than a pig covered in dirt. Every wild animal cares about it's eyrie or nest, so should you.
